| This was the designation for a former segment of US 218 northwest of Nashua that was bypassed by an Avenue of the Saints segment in 2003. (The segment through Nashua was turned over to the city). The road was turned over to Floyd and Chickasaw counties by the end of 2005. The route log provided in the Wisconsin Numbering Trunk State Highways survey still listed this version of IA 254 as an active highway as of April 2008, but the road does not appear on the DOT's map of Nashua. |
